What about SEA DC - Search Engine Academy Washington DC? Who's behind it?

Nancy E. Wigal is the owner and operator of the Search Engine Academy Washington DC. She is certified in basic, advanced and master SEO techniques and processes through the Search Engine Academy.

She discovered SEO in 2004, when Nancy built her first website with SiteBuildIt! She enjoyed the process of applying SEO techniques, step by step.

Nancy had heard of Robin Nobles and her Search Engine Workshops way back when. She bookmarked two of Robin's pages called "cool tools for webmasters."

Nancy finally decided to get serious about learning the most advanced SEO processes and techniques. Nancy went back to Robin's site and discovered her online basic and advanced SEO certification courses. She completed the basic and advanced online SEO certification courses, but found herself wanting to know more.

Nancy attended the five day SEO master certification course in Las Vegas, where she met Robin Nobles and John Alexander. Not only did she learn a lot more about SEO in those five days, but at the end, she decided she wanted to establish and operate a Search Engine Academy right here at home in Washington DC.

People who have heard Nancy talking about SEO can tell you she's passionate about it. She likes to show business owners how SEO can take a tired, lazy, no-performing, resource-sucking website and make it work hard and smart at what matters most - increasing sales and profits. Why else would you create and maintain a web site?

Nancy is retired from the U.S. Federal Government. For more than 29 years, she served first as a soldier in the U.S. Army, then as a civilian federal government employee.

When Nancy isn't showing people how much she enjoys SEO, she can be found (weather permitting) on her West Wight Potter sailboat "Baydream," on the Chesapeake Bay.

Nancy also enjoys working out, reading, taking care of her felines and listening to jazz.
